Our Story

Two sisters. One dedicated kitchen.

We're Amy and Whitney. Cake It Easy! is our bakery in Logan, Utah. Cache Valley's first dedicated gluten-free bakery. Locally owned. Sister-owned. Built because gluten-free should taste like the real deal, not a consolation prize.

We're on a mission to make gluten free great. Soft. Gooey. Ridiculously good. Where gluten-free doesn't mean dry, crumbly, or disappointing.

It started with Dad

Our dad has been gluten-free for more than ten years. Celiac. We started baking for him because so much of what we could find tasted like sand, or like trying to eat a brick.

We wanted treats so good you'd second-guess whether they were gluten-free. Amy took batches to work and asked people, "Can you tell?" We kept going until the answer was no.

We're a family of bakers. Parents, sisters, grandparents. For a long time we dreamed of opening a bakery together, all of us sisters. Everyone lives in different places now. Two of us made it happen.

We never went to culinary school. We don't want this to feel like a fancy pastry shop. We want it to feel like home. A place you can come get a treat and not worry about gluten.

Six-plus years, then we opened the doors

We worked on these recipes for more than six years before we opened. Grand opening was August 13, 2025.

Whitney and her husband Michael also owned Coconut Cove, the indoor playground here in Logan. Opening that shop gave us the confidence to follow this dream too.

When NUM Gourmet Desserts closed, Cache Valley lost a gluten-free dessert spot. We're not sugar-free. We're not vegan. We're dedicated gluten-free. That's the gap we set out to fill.

What we bake

Everything in our kitchen is gluten-free. You can build your own cake slice or cupcakes. Pick the base, the frosting, and the toppings. We do cookies, brownies, bars, and rotating specials. Take-and-bake cinnamon rolls are a signature.

Some dairy-free options exist, like our dairy-free pumpkin bars. Ask us if you need something specific. We'll tell you straight.

Come see us in Logan

We're at 1300 N 200 E Suite 108, Logan, UT 84341.

Hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm to 6pm, or until we sell out.

We bake fresh in limited batches. When it's gone, it's gone. Order ahead if you want to lock in your favorites.

Right now we do pickup and preorder. We are not shipping orders today.
